At BigHatStore, we want you to love your fit; if your new hat isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Pack Your Hat

  Place the hat back in its original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure it maintains its shape during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
